Choice is good; it can be frustrating, having to choose--but it's good. I love debian, but I am having to use fedora on my main machine. My other 4 linux computers ar all debian; but my main computer (amd64) is fedora. I tried the debian pure64 distro first, but after trying fedora (bi-arch) x86_64. I am sticking with fedora for ease of use/maintainability. I will switch back to debian if/when the implement a bi-arch x86_64 distro. I know all about chrooting, I'd rather not have to, that's all.
