GRRRRR - The only thing I don't like about blosxom
Blosxom is great! I love being able to update my blog with vim over ssh. In fact, I can think on only one thing i don't like about blosxom. It's not as much of a problem with blosxom, as it is with my memory. If I forget, for instance, to include links, in the shownotes of my podcast, for the direct downloads of the media files themselves, in say like the last three podcasts shownotes' blog postings, then I have to go back and re-edit those postings to include the links. Simple enough, right? But if you are in a hurry, or the least bit forgetful (is that a word?), then the files will get new modified times, and blosxom will re-order those post based on the modified time stamp.; this can also cause you to have to re-edit forum post referenceing links to said blog postings.

I am sure that this can be fixed with a simple command (touch -m, maybe), and there may even be a blosxom plug-in out there that would take care of this for me. Don't forget though, that in addition to being in a hurry, and forgetful, that although I am lazy, I am not so lazy that I can't gripe about the stuff that I am too lazy to do right the first time. Evidently I also have a tendency to blame the blog software when it's clearly my fault. I wonder if i can blame blosxom for my poor spelling and sentence structure too?
