Not really a bug report, part 2
Another drawback to having 6642 fonts in ~/.fonts is that it will also cause OpenOffice to crash. Took me just a few mimutes to figure that one out. Needless to say, I don't have any extra fonts installed now.

Not really a bug report
Just a personal observation made during my first day and a half with Fedora Core 2: IF you put 6642 (don't ask) different true type font files in your ~./.fonts folder it is going to take a long time for Nautilus to load them even on a an only moderately old Athlon 1.4 with 1 GB of ram. That has been the only slow thing I have noticed about Fedora Core 2 though. This OS is wicked fast! Gnome 2.6 is beautiful too.
